Updates on the implementation of recommendations resulting from the Farmer Review ‘Improving Family Ties to Prevent Reoffending and Reduce Intergenerational Crime’ (published August 2017)
On 5 September 2017 at the launch of the Farmer report, the Government welcomed the 19 recommendations that resulted from the review.
Progress has been made on most of the recommendations but there are still a handful that will require longer-term structural reform to be delivered.
The NICCO website was chosen as the method by which updates on that progress is to be published.
This is the second formal update demonstrating progress that has been made against each recommendation to date.
