Staff at HMP Preston are available to advise and support families and loved ones throughout a prisoners sentence, from reception into prison through to release. Once released, the Community Engagement Centre situated just outside of HMP Preston supports offenders and their families. Family Support at HMP Preston can involve encouraging families to communicate with their loved ones about the interventions and activities they are part of while in prison. Advise offered may be around booking visits, visits and prison processes, phone calls and much more.
