Pact are a national service provider established in 2001. They run services, interventions and training programmes both in prisons and in the community including:
- Visitor Centres - Run from prisons across England to ensure a child friendly welcome to families visiting a loved one in prison.
- Families' Helpline - This volunteer run support and information service is available to families and friends of people who have been sent to prison- 0808 808 2003
- Family Engagement Service - A case work service based in prisons and communities across England and Wales aimed at reducing reoffending and safeguard children of prisoners' wellbeing.
- Court Support Service - Provides volunteer support to families from courts across England and Wales for families experiencing the recent sentencing of a family member.
- Family Support Mentors - This volunteer service can provide support over the phone and sometimes face to face to family and friends of people serving custodial sentences.
- Time To Connect - A 2 or 4 day course for imprisoned parents aiming to explore the impact of imprisonment on families.
- Building Bridges - A 4 week course aimed at strengthening the relationship between young people in prison and their parent.
- Building Stronger Families - A 6 day course run from male and female prisons aimed at strengthening the couple relationship with the aim to reduce reoffending.
