Relate are offering a time limited service, “Being Parents First” for ex-offenders to have free counselling with their partners/ex partners in Sussex and Kent. This provision is part of a DWP funded programme to reduce the risk of reoffending and improve outcomes for children by strengthening family relationships.
Criteria for referral is:
Living in Sussex or Kent (including Brighton and Hove)
No history of DA/DV
Within 6 months of release or on community order, licence/suspended sentence
Have at least one child aged 5-16.
Parents do not have to be together
The end date of the project is March 2020
