312,000 children affected by parental imprisonment

New research by Crest Advisory reports that the number of children affected by parental imprisonment has been underestimated.

Crest Advisory have published a major new report 'Children of Prisoners: Fixing a broken system'

Included in the report are the results of new research into the number of children in England and Wales affected by parental imprisonment each year - 312,000 as opposed to the current, widely used figure of 200,000.
