Joint Committee on Human Rights - 6th March

The Committee takes evidence on Children whose mothers are in prison

The Joint Committee on Human Rights continued its enquiry on the right to family life for children who have a mother in prison by examining in more detail how children are affected, both in the long and short term, by maternal imprisonment.

Those called to give evidence were:

Stuart Harrington: Barnardo's NICCO
